9000 euros per week. For 2 weeks : 16500 euros.
15th June until 30th June:
12000 euros per week. For 2 weeks : 22000 euros.
1st July until 31st August:
19000 euros per week. For 2 weeks : 35000 euros. For one whole month :63000 euros.
1st September until 15th September:
12000 euros per week. For 2 weeks : 22000 euros.
15th September until 30th September:
9000 euros per week. For 2 weeks : 16500 euros.
1st October until 31st December:
7000 euros per week. For 2 weeks : 13000 euros. For more, please ask for a quotation.
If the period you want to book is overlapping 2 different sorts of prices, a strict pro-rata temporis will be applied.
Please do not forget to check if the period you consider for renting is not already booked in the Menu Availability
Renting just for the main house and the swimming pool, without the guest house and the tennis court : same prices as above minus 25%. This option is not possible in July and August.
To secure your booking you need to make an advance payment, 20% of the total amount.
A guarantee deposit, to guaranty for any damage made in the property, is required before the beginning of the stay, given back maximum 3 days after the end of the stay.
